PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund policy

When refunds may apply and what happens when checkout is cancelled or an entry is outbid.Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Cancelled checkout

If you leave or cancel Stripe checkout before payment completes, the reservation is released and no entry is published. If Stripe made no charge, there is nothing to refund.

2. When a refund may apply

A refund may apply for a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, confirmed payment that is not published because of a FanRank error and cannot be restored, a verified unauthorised transaction, or where required by law.

3. No automatic refund

Being outbid does not generate a refund. Changing your preferred artist after payment, changing your mind after publication, ceasing to use the site or not remaining number one for a particular period also does not automatically generate a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Withdrawal and performance

By accepting the bid terms and rules before paying, you expressly request immediate performance. The main service is performed when your paid entry is published. Once fully performed with your consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right is lost for that service. Where withdrawal legally applies before complete performance, applicable law will be followed.

5. How to request a refund

Email andresquinterospain@gmail.com with your handle, artist, amount, approximate date and Stripe receipt if available. Never send a full card number. We may request reasonable information to verify the operation.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on Stripe, card networks and the bank. FanRank updates the entry so refunded payments no longer count in the ranking.
