1. What you buy
A bid purchases immediate publication of your handle, selected artist, amount and ranking position after payment confirmation. It does not purchase tickets, music, artist merchandise, an investment, an official vote, a donation to the artist or rights in an artist's name or image. Payment goes to the FanRank operator.
The word “bid” describes the ranking's ascending mechanism. There is no chance, cash prize or possibility of receiving more money than you paid.
2. Operation and price
Bids may only be placed in the current calendar month's ranking, calculated using mainland Spain time. The first monthly position starts at $1 USD and each new bid must be exactly $1 USD above the displayed monthly leader. The monthly ranking automatically restarts at $1 USD on the first day of each month. The price shown before checkout is the total charged, including applicable indirect taxes where required. There is no subscription.
Each paid monthly bid is also added to the all-time ranking. This cumulative ranking totals paid bids associated with the same handle and artist. The all-time ranking is informational and does not accept direct bids. Stripe processes payment in United States dollars (USD). The entry is published only after payment confirmation. A temporary reservation may hold an amount while checkout remains open and is released if cancelled, expired or the month changes.
3. Immediate performance and withdrawal
By ticking the ‘I accept the bid terms and rules’ box and paying, you expressly request performance during the statutory withdrawal period. You acknowledge that the main service—publishing and inserting your entry into the ranking—is fully performed when Stripe confirms payment and the entry becomes visible, and that once completed you lose the right to withdraw from that fully performed service.
4. Being outbid and month changes
Being outbid does not generate a refund. A higher payment changes your monthly position but is not a failure to provide the service. Your entry may remain visible below the leader until the month ends and will continue to count toward the all-time ranking. The monthly restart also does not generate a refund. No minimum duration at number one is guaranteed.
5. Content, X links and conduct
You must use an X handle you may lawfully use. FanRank automatically creates a link to the public profile supplied, but does not verify account ownership and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by X. Impersonation, threats, discrimination, sexual content, third-party personal data, spam, abusive automation, fraud and unlawful or rights-infringing use are prohibited. FanRank may remove or hide unlawful or abusive content and take proportionate protective measures.
6. Errors and changes
If a technical error prevents publication of a paid entry, FanRank will try to restore it or issue the appropriate refund. New bids may be paused for maintenance or security. Material changes apply to future purchases and not retroactively unless legally required.
7. Refunds, complaints and law
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Contact andresquinterospain@gmail.com for support or complaints. Spanish law applies and mandatory consumer jurisdiction is preserved.
